Blessed are those who can forgive for it is to them forgiveness is more important than to those who get forgiven. Forgiveness is a closure, a blank page to write on. Past always holds you back.

aren't "blessed" and "forgiveness" to do with repenting for your sins in a kind of churchified/confessional manner? For the priests who compile lists of what people feel guilty about so they can use it to fire up a sermon on morality? ..The word 'pontification' springs to mind.
