Again?!

What do you know, it happened again.

This morning at the supermarket:

" - Two packs of cigarettes, please."

" - Are you sure you're old enough to buy cigarettes?"

" - ?!?!?  Alas! I'm sure."

Considering that I became old enough to buy cigarettes two decades ago I should've simply said "thank you".
