"Off with her head"

This week I draw the line on a friendship with a co-worker. The way she treated me made it evident beyond doubt that she doesn't deserve any of my trust and understanding. At first I was shaken (it came out of the blue and caught me off guard) but now I am totally and for good over it. Am I sorry? Not a bit. I didn't lose anything because there never had been anything to be lost to begin with. She's the most selfish person I've ever known, the type of people who do kind things only if they will benefit from it. There's just one remedy for her kind - ignore and delete. I am through with her - abruptly and without warning. Enough is enough.
