My funny Valentine

It's St.Valentine's day today...and I couldn't care less. I'm not sure that's a good thing although it does make life easier. I don't think I have grown too old for love but I might have grown old enough to prefer convenience above all. Pity. As I remember love felt great. If not else, it used to twist my perspective and make me indifferent to the ordinarity of human existence. I miss that sometimes-less and less as times goes ticking away.

On the day when people around the world celebrate love all I could think of was how relieved I was not to be in a relationship so I could freely indulge in idleness. I guess work pressure silently has taken its toll.
